This film was made with the help of the Kurdish Cooking Team in Grande-Synthe camp, Dunkirk where we ran a short training programme prior to making the film and everyone got involved in its production. Here, the manager of the camp, Paddie Marlow-Barnes describes the changes that have taken place due to efforts by MSF and the Mayor of Grande-Synthe.
